We deliver across most locations in India. However, some remote areas may be excluded depending on courier availability.

• Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Delays or Failed Deliveries

In rare cases, orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. RK Jain Pharmacy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or logistics issues beyond our control. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery will be attempted only after confirmation and may incur additional shipping charges.
