At RK Jain Pharmacy, we are committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, our return policy is designed with safety and hygiene as the top priority.
Replacement/Exchange Delivery: “If a replacement is approved, the replaced product will be delivered to the customer within 5–7 business days from the approval date.”
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is damaged or expired upon delivery.
- You received a defective or leaked package.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Prescription medications (as per regulatory restrictions)
- Products with broken seals (unless damaged or wrong item)
- Personal care and hygiene items
Time Frame
Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Care at 9412168293 or email customer@rkjainpharmacy.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will evaluate the request and approve/reject it based on return eligibility.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you regarding your return status.
