We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If your return request is accepted as per our Return Policy, you will be eligible for a refund.

Refund Timeline: “Post approval, we will process the refund within 2–3 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.”

Refund Scenarios

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• The product is damaged, defective, or expired.
• You received the wrong item.
• The ordered product is unavailable or out of stock.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the original payment method:

• Online Payment (UPI, Card, Wallets): Refunded within 5-7 business days
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer after confirmation (processing time: 7–10 business days)

Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

• A confirmation email/SMS will be sent.
• Approved refunds will be processed within the stated timeline.

Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to RK Jain Pharmacy’s error.
